December actually....
problem:
Wedding booked for MAY!!! He doesn't even for sure get that off at this point....
Seriously!!!!
Why can't crew planning understand that people have lives and sometimes they have to make plans that can't be changed??
Yes...I realize other people have plans then too...but seriously...i can't wait until the month before my planned wedding date to plan it...
Well I could if we believed in going to the JOP...but we are christians...so we don't...we NEED to get married in a church!!!
GRRRRRRRR
THIS TICKS ME OFF!!!
Oh yea...rough long day at work to....ekk!

Bummer. That really isn't fair. Sometime crew scheduling is more like crew screw-duling. (Made up that word and it doesn't look right :P)
My husband got both weeks he requested, so I'm excited. One is the week our daughter has spring break in April, the other is the week of our anniversary in October. But his best friend requested all his preferences in June and July...and got two weeks in February.
OOOO I feel your pain. Our wedding is next August and BF won't even bid for that time off until about April or so. Not only would he like time off so we can honeymoon, our wedding is actually in another country so we HAVE to travel just to get married. It completely stresses me out. I wish you with getting it all changed.
Good luck. Several of our friends ended up taking their wedding months as coma lines so they could have the time off the needed.
My husband couldn't even get off for our wedding last August. They gave him off last March instead. Now we are finally taking our honeymoon this March. Oh the joys of being in a relationship with a pilot!
