Mondays...

Well first of all I was thinking I needed to post because its been awhile since I've had a real post. However I had no idea what to post on, until I saw that Jen had posted a comment asking what I've been doing to lose my weight. 

To be honest, I've just been trying to make better choices.
Examples
Instead of a hugh bowl of cookie dough ice cream, I'll eat smart ones chocolate fudge cookie dough sundaes. SO GOOD! But its easy to just eat the one.
Diet pops, more water, trying to through some veggies in.
The biggest change however has been an increase in activity level. I've been trying to go swimming a few times a week. I think the big help came my week on mobile xray unit. I was walking all over the hospital, and taking the stairs not the elevator. I rarely take the elevator in my building any more too. 
I'm still letting myself have my treats, which I love. I'm just trying smaller portions!

So thats what I'm doing, who knows if it will help in the long run. Increase activity, and making healthier choices but still letting myself eat what I want. 

So suckie week ahead of me with school work, so I need to get to the books!!

Of course it will work! how could more activity, reasonable portions, and healthier choices NOT work?
