Just a quick FYI:

I broke the 10lbs barrier! Its about time! I'm down 13 lbs,  not on track, not on track at all! I've been a lot depressed lately and alot overwhelmed with school work so the working out has taken a hit!! Not to mention this stupid cold. However this shows that I'm still doing okay at making the right choices!! YIPPIE!!!

So hopefully this week the exercise with grow!!!

PS. B is fine, we are going to try make up our dinner tomorrow night..
